I am happy to say I am probably 98% healthy and about as ready as I can be for this mud run. The strain on my pelvic muscle really hampered my training but I am not offering any excuses. First, the feel good story of Patrick Schuster. If you haven’t heard of him then you are not paying attention. Schuster is a high school senior in Trinity, FL and has pitched four consecutive no hitters. This has been a rough start to the baseball season, first the tragic news of the Angles young 22 year old pitcher Nick Adenhart being killed in a hit and run traffic accident.
